Leitrim Green Schools Initiative

This good practice is directed at communities and schools. It is a programme whose purpose is to achieve a reduction of waste by over 50% following a 7 step programme. Schools would receive then a Green Flag, which is an environmental management system for them. It was produced by Leitrim County Council in County Leitrim (IE).
