This good practice is directed at communities. It is a programme whose purpose is to bring municipalities, businesses and citizens together to create solutions that reduce greenhouse gas emissions. It is innovative because every municipality that participates in this project are committed to an 80% emission reduction target by 2030 compared to 2007. It was produced by City of Joensuu in North Karelia (FI).
