Seafood Product Development Project

The main aim of the project is to promote seafood product development via links between culinary arts graduates’ seafood companies in Co. Donegal. This three-year project was formed by Letterkenny Institute of Technology LYIT (School of Tourism) and Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM – Irish Sea Fisheries Board) in 2013 following a partnership agreement detailed in a signed Memorandum of Agreement between both parties.
