Challenge 'positive energy families'

This good practice is directed at communities. It is an education & training initiative whose purpose is to tackle energy savings by changing the behavior of individuals, providing solutions to improve energy efficiency. It aims to provide a solution for people in situations of isolation or fuel poverty. It is innovative because such an action does not yet exist in all the regions of the EU, so it has considerable potential for development. It was produced by Cooperative Les 7 Vents, public authorities and social housing providers in Lower Normandy (FR).
