IDEE ACTION – ERDF for social housing

This good practice is directed at communities. It is a programme whose purpose is to provide assistance for the construction or renovation of social housing, subject to compliance with a label that controls the level of thermal requirements. In that way, the Region can help the most vulnerable populations by lowering the renter's bill. It is innovative because it exemplifies the collective commitment of donors, construction companies and users from a common perspective of sustainable development. It was produced by Cooperative Les 7 Vents in Lower Normandie (FR).
