Smarter travel save both money and climate

This good practice is directed at citizens. It is an initiative whose purpose is to stimulate climate-smart missions and add an additional cost to climate-related travel. It is innovative because the system is cost neutral and charges are imposed on poorer transport options. It was produced by County council in Västernorrlands (SE).
