Transformation in Nearly Zero Energy Building

NZEB is a good practice directed at buildings. It is an initiative whose purpose is the transformation of some residential buildings in order to make them Nearly Zero Energy Buildings. It is innovative because the municipality does not put its funds but through an ESCO (Energy Service Company) and the use of Public funds restore its built heritage and give them to citizens-assignees. It was produced by S.T.A.T Energy Service Company in the Municipality of Pietradefusi in Campania region (IT).
