BCT– Terni Public Library

Bct is the new library of Terni’s City Council. From the beginning bct stressed its being a public library, considering as its main objective the dissemination of knowledge and information to its whole local community. The main objectives are promotion of reading and of multimedia materials, starting from services addressed to pre-school users. Not only an audio-visual library, but bct also intends to enhance all features and functions of multimedia technologies and to disseminate digital culture.
