The IMPROVE project reaches its end. During the last 3 years we have been cooperating and closely working with our communities in the co-production of new technology-led public services that better respond their real needs. The approach followed have put these communities at the centre of the process since they are a key part of the solution. The first results arising show a promising scenario in terms of new effective ways to address the challenges of public services delivery in remote areas, but more steps are needed. In our closing conference we will present these results and reflect on how to use and extend them into other NPA regions and service areas.
