The European Union has released financial tools that can boost broadband investment to support Member States and private investors, as well as to promote economic growth and opportunities. The guide has been created by the Broadband Competence Offices Network Support Facility (BCO-SF) and will help to understand the broadband investment tools.

The guide includes European structural and investment funds, European fund for strategic investments, Connecting Europe Facility, Connecting Europe broadband fund and tools to detect investment opportunities.
