Overview

Aim of Event

To bring project partners together for the first time and introduce each participating organisation. It will also familiarise partners with the project regulations, workplan, roles, responsibilities and contribution required from each partner.

Set up the foundations for a successful cooperation project
Establish a common understanding of the project & review roles and responsibilities
Agree on immediate steps to launch the project

Description

This is the first meeting of the Data4Rural project and is hosted by the Foundation Homo Viator, at La Vigna – International Library of Vicenza (Italy).

The steering group will be set up along with other relevant project teams. Other project elements to be discussed include project plans, coordination of work packages, activities and deliverables, project and financial reporting, communication requirements, etc.

Clarity will be provided by the Project Leader if there are any questions about project implementation.
