Data2Sustain is pleased to invite public-sector organisations to participate in an introductory event on Introduction to chatbots for the Public Sector.

This workshop provides an opportunity to learn about AI chatbots, understand their applications, and gain hands-on experience in developing a simple chatbot for your organisation.

The event is designed for a general audienceno coding skills or technical background are required.

Funding is provided by Data2Sustain, and participation only requires sign-off from an authorised person within your organisation. No payments are involved.

Cost
Session 1 only: €1,000 per organisation (any number of online attendees).
Session 1 & 2: €2,000 per organisation (up to 4 in-person attendees)

The cost of these sessions are fully funded by Data2Sustain

Participation requires only the appropriate organisational sign-off prior to the session day.

Audience
This event is suitable for individuals in the public sector who wish to:
1. Learn more about chatbot technology and its potential uses
2. Understand how to design and implement a simple chatbot
3. Explore the capabilities of Microsoft Copilot Studio

No technical expertise or coding experience is necessary.
