Aim of Event

To bring project partners together for the first time and introduce each participating region. It will also familiarise partners with the project workplan, roles, responsibilities and contribution required from each partner.

Description

This is the first meeting of the SAFER project and is hosted by ERNACT in Donegal, Ireland.

SAFER is aimed to improve the innovation performance of the seafood industry by increasing technology adoption and transnational cooperation to give response to the challenges faced by a sector identified as key for the smart growth of the participating regions.

Partners from Bretagne (France), Border, Midland and Western (Ireland), Northern Ireland (UK), Norte (Portugal) and Cantabria (Spain) are coming together to this meeting that serves as a 'capacity building' event to prepare the partnership to set up, manage and monitor the processes at the core of our project. It will also be an opportunity for partners to present the range of innovative services that will be available to be shared and implemented transnationally in the project.
