18 February 2026 - SVNP  project
The session was designed to build a shared understanding of the programme’s structure, delivery framework and stakeholder responsibilities, ensuring clarity regarding expectations and required contributions from each participating Digital Hub.

The meeting enabled stakeholders to connect directly and align on the programme’s objectives and implementation approach. A structured overview of SVNP was presented, reinforcing the importance of coordinated delivery, transparent reporting and compliance with funding requirements. A dedicated communications session outlined PEACEPLUS visibility obligations, branding requirements and promotional expectations. Stakeholders were also introduced to ERNACT as the collaboration platform that will support documentation, reporting and cross-partner coordination throughout the delivery phase.

This initial engagement establishes a clear and unified operational foundation for the programme and reinforces SVNP’s commitment to structured implementation, effective communication and measurable outcomes.
