RIA is a good practice directed at Citizens. It is a service - innovation whose purpose is to inform the public about their recycling options in the Derry and Strabane area. It is innovative as it's a 3-component zero waste/circular management service providing a website, recycling app and chatbot. It was produced by Derry City and Strabane District Council in Derry & Strabane (GB).

This good practice is directed at Citizens. It is an AI Foundation Certificate whose purpose is Upskilling and Project Identification around AI. Understanding what it can and can't do. It is innovative because it teaches people to realise their ethical responsibilities around the deployment of AI based systems. It was produced by Department of Public Expenditure and Reform in Dublin (IE).

AIT4Local SMEs
Medium-sized San Sebastián city sees 1/3 of its employment coming from knowledge-intensive industries, yet 98.6% of companies are SMEs, with 70% employing less than 2 people. This size limits their ability to adopt rapid tech advancements, particularly AI (due to the lack of AI knowledge).
Therefore, AIT4Local SMEs was developed by Fomento San Sebastián (FSS) to unlock AI benefits and support local businesses in integrating AI for future services that the public sector (municipally) could potentially use.

AI for Health: The Augmented Caregiver in the Hospital of Chalon-sur-Saône is transforming patient care as life expectancy increases and chronic diseases become more prevalent. Digital technology, including AI and connected medical devices, enhances hospital efficiency and care quality. Benefits include objective patient assessments, early deterioration detection, reduced caregiver workload, and predictive scoring for fragile patients. Before AI deployment, hospitals must upgrade digital infrastructure, standardize data, and establish ethical and medical protocols to ensure effective integration.

AI-Based Case Assignment and...
The AI-Based Case Assignment and Search Module is enhancing the EZD PUW system, widely used in Polish public administration. In collaboration with NASK, AI solutions are being tested to automate case assignment, improving efficiency by analyzing language and case history to suggest appropriate staff for incoming correspondence. Since 2021, several offices in Poland have been testing this system on real documents, verifying its effectiveness in streamlining repetitive administrative tasks.
