Mohill Better Energy Communities Project
This good practice is directed at public authorities. It is a programme whose purpose is to increase the energy efficiency of housing and public buildings. It is innovative because it is estimated that a total of 690,150 kWh will be saved annually from the energy upgrade works in Mohill town (County Leitrim). The project is part of a programme of works rolled out in a number of local authorities in Ireland with funding from SEAI Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (IE).
