The aim of the project is to:

The implementation of a voucher scheme making FTTP more affordable to SMEs, the provision of Wi-Fi spots along the Derry City Walls and the availability of Wi-Fi in public buildings such as leisure facilities, cultural tourism venues and transportation hubs.

Specific objectives are to:
  • To maximise the availability of ultrafast broadband (80-100 Mbps)
  • Drive economic growth
  • Achieve city-wide high-speed wireless connectivity
  • Develop competitive markets in network and broadband provision
