The aim of the project is to:

Promote the development of ICT clusters and increased investment within a partnership of European regions, based on a programme of structured interregional networking.

Specific objectives are to:

Appreciating the over-riding importance of developing excellent inter-personnel relationships between staff from different regions participating in the project
Providing appropriate collaboration tools to manage the process including team communication, meeting and event management , interregional knowledge transfer.
The use of interregional teams from the different disciplines necessary to build information age clusters, viz., broadband, e-learning, business, inward investment and public services.
Provide structured events to facilitate knowledge exchange, partnership building and opportunities for identifying and developing innovative interregional initiatives.
Setting clear goals for developing concrete new interregional initiatives
