The aim of the project is to:

Promote the development of ICT clusters and increased investment within a partnership of European regions, based on a programme of structured interregional networking.

Specific objectives are to:
  • Appreciating the over-riding importance of developing excellent inter-personnel relationships between staff from different regions participating in the project
  • Providing appropriate collaboration tools to manage the process including team communication, meeting and event management , interregional knowledge transfer.
  • The use of interregional teams from the different disciplines necessary to build information age clusters, viz., broadband, e-learning, business, inward investment and public services.
  • Provide structured events to facilitate knowledge exchange, partnership building and opportunities for identifying and developing innovative interregional initiatives.
  • Setting clear goals for developing concrete new interregional initiatives
