PEACE-Air consultation response submitted

The PEACE-Air consortium has submitted its response to the public consultation on updating Ireland’s Clean Air Strategy.

Developed by the All-Island Institute of Public Health on behalf of the PEACE-Air (Partnership for Evidence and Action on Clean Air) consortium, the submission reflects a strong all-island collaboration involving local authorities, universities, public health bodies and environmental organisations.

The response focuses on how the strategic objectives of the current Clean Air Strategy can be strengthened to better protect public health and the environment, while supporting more ambitious action on air quality across the island.
