Representing three Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic projects: MINDSET, INCLUDE and RE-SPRINGS

ERNACT team recently attended the Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic (NPA) Lead Partner Seminar, held in Klaksvík (Faroe Islands) on 16 September, representing three key projects: MINDSET, INCLUDE, and RE-SPRINGS.

The interactive event brought together newly approved 6th Call projects alongside experienced 4th and 5th Call lead partners and communication managers from across the region to share practical insights, tackle common challenges, and ensure project results deliver lasting value.

Key Highlights from the Seminar

Essentials for New Projects: 6th Call Lead Partners received practical guidance on core administrative tools, including expenditure eligibility, activity reporting, State aid compliance, publicity rules, and the Jems portal.
Legacy Workshop: Ongoing 4th and 5th Call projects focused on post-project impact, mapping key stakeholders, and crafting outreach strategies to ensure solutions are actively adopted.
Youth Involvement: The wider community explored the Interreg Volunteer Youth (IVY) initiative, learning how to integrate youth volunteers into transnational work.
Tailored Parallel Sessions: Communication managers engaged in dedicated peer-to-peer exchange, while lead partners tackled pressing management challenges during a dynamic World Café.
Direct Advice & Networking: The day finished with one-to-one consultation sessions with NPA Desk Officers, followed by a networking dinner at a local farm.

It was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and friends across the NPA community, and we look forward to applying these insights to drive positive change in our regions.
